What the role looks like
- In-home, on-site, and virtual primary care visits for members and employer partners.
- Annual and sports physicals, mental health screenings, and weight management consults.
- Care coordination for referrals, labs, and radiology handled by our support team.
- Full-time or PRN schedules with flexible coverage options.
- Active Tennessee NP license and prescriptive authority.
- Experience in family medicine, primary care, or a related patient-facing setting.
- Comfort with autonomous, relationship-based care in home and virtual environments.
